STRENGTHS:
Always love to challenge myslef. Personal favourites are a good old anaerobic speed endurance session; anything in the weights room; and the ability to keep smiling *with or without some sweed dad dancing* through the pain.
WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED?
I get my motivation from little personal goals I set to etter myself, rather than any massive ones. In the coming years I'd like to get back competing at a national level such as when I was a teenager.
Oh and the burning desire to finaly grow calves stems from many a leg-related joke from anyone that knows me. Plus I need to work hard to remain better than Christopher Goodall and Luke Browning
FAVOURITE PART ABOUT THE CLUB?
The close-knit community we strie to keep culturing. I've met most of my closest friends at university through the club, all sharing the common interest of bettering ourselves: whether that be to an international level, or even just keeping fit after high school. I personaly feel having all these like-minded people around me really has helped me both on and off the track through my years so far at UoE, and created many of my best memories.

The community and family aspect of the club. There is an amazing vibe within the club, it welcomes everyone with open arms from those who have never been on a track before to international athletes.
