Sprints & Jumps:

As EUAC’s sprinting group we welcome everyone of all abilities to train with us! The sessions are organised and ran by our Sprint Secretary Ailsa, and our very own Level 3 coach, Connor. We train together several times a week in sessions specific to our sprinting, and also attend other sessions offered by the club to develop key aspects of our fitness. More information about our sessions can be found on EUAC’s facebook group.

Although the sessions are not jumps-specific, jumpers are very welcome to join. For more jumps specific sessions, we recomend you contact Edinburgh AC or let us know so we can try to help you!.
