- Circuit Training Mondays, 7.30pm, Circuits Gym (Upstairs at the CSE Pleasance Gym)
- Track Training Wednesdays, Meadowbank Stadium, meet at Pollock Halls Reception at 3.15pm or at the track at 4pm
- Weight Training Thursdays, 7pm, FW1 CSE Pleasance
- Hill Training Saturdays, 11am, Holyrood Hills, meet at Pollock Halls Receptions at 11am
- Sunday Session TBA

EUAC offer training to all levels of athletes through circuit, weight, track and general fitness training. You can train as hard and as often as you like, and everyone is welcome. The athletics club is the perfect way to improve your fitness in a fun and friendly environment.
There are opportunities to compete at indoor and outdoor events throughout the year. Most of these competitions are open to all athletes, and no trials are required.
However, there is far more to the club than just sport. We have an incredible social calendar with tasty meals and wild nights out a plenty. Our circuits training cool down is extended with a refreshing drink, whatever your tipple, at our sponsor pub once a week. This year we will also take trips to other universities for matches, and post match socials. |
